Founded in 1977, La Croissanterie is the pioneer of French fast food. La Croissanterie, a generalist and modern brand, offers a wide range of items to enjoy on-site or to take away, covering every moment of the day: pastries, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, hot and cold drinks, etc.

The concept, recently revamped, revolves around 3 key points:

History

La Croissanterie has evolved with the times. Founded in 1977, it developed and enriched its offer in the 1980s and 1990s with now-iconic innovations for the brand, such as the Double-Bar Pain au Chocolat, Almond Croissant, Paninis, etc.

 

It has continued its growth since the 2000s, while staying in tune with customer consumption trends. The brand surrounds itself with the best chefs and professionals to offer increasingly innovative culinary creations. This has allowed the brand to win various awards (Best Chain of Stores in 2024 and Best Sandwich Shop of the Year in 2023 for the 5th time).

At the same time, the brand is developing its connections with the African continent by opening its first restaurants in partnership with Total in Senegal, Congo, Cameroon, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Mali, Guinea Conakry, and Morocco.

In 2019, the Delineo Group was created. It now includes 3 brands: Maison Pradier, Roberta Caffè, and La Croissanterie, making the group a key player in the fast-food industry. Since 2020, La Croissanterie has continued to develop by strengthening its expertise and transfer. La Croissanterie adapts and enhances its procedures to ensure quality and hygiene in its stores. Changes in CEO, visual identity, and international expansion through the franchisor Delineo International are all factors boosting the brand, allowing it to remain trendy even after 45 years of existence.

  • Assistance Throughout the Project:

La Croissanterie provides pre-opening training and complete support throughout the preparation of your opening, whether it’s for project analysis, location validation, development of the site dossier, or technical assistance during the store layout. This support continues through the opening, where our operational teams assist with restaurant organization and all technical details. This assistance continues throughout your project with regular visits from our teams and ongoing access to our expertise.

  • Marketing and R&D Expertise:

Our two departments design an annual action plan to innovate recipes with the best products. This means you will be able to offer around twenty new recipes each year.

Our marketing team plans numerous promotional actions, contests, event campaigns, etc., to boost your sales and the brand’s appeal.

These marketing actions are tailored to the countries and types of restaurant locations.

  • Operational structure: Ability to develop and manage a network of multiple restaurants.

  • Royalties: 6%
  • Communication: Marketing Fee (0.5%) + 1.5% to invest in local communication.
